Born in South West France in 1984, Bastien Daguzan grew up between the village of Marciac and Toulouse.

After studying law at La Sorbonne in Paris, he graduated from the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) in 2008, where he specialized in design and luxury management. He later served as President of the IFM Alumni Association, fostering connections across the global fashion industry.

Before the age of 30, he became Chief Executive Officer of LEMAIRE, working closely with Christophe Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran. During this period, he structured the brand’s development and initiated the strategic partnership with Fast Retailing, leading to the launch of Uniqlo U and accelerating its international growth.

From 2017 to 2022, he served as Chief Executive Officer of PACO RABANNE (Puig Group), alongside Artistic Director Julien Dossena. He led the brand’s transformation across fashion and fragrance, strengthening its global presence and advancing its direct-to-consumer model.

He later joined JACQUEMUS, after several years as a strategic partner, and went on to serve as Chief Executive Officer and President. He played a central role in structuring the brand’s transition into a globally scaled fashion house, accelerating its international expansion and developing its direct-to-consumer and omnichannel strategy.

Most recently, Bastien led a strategic mission as Chief Executive Officer of FEAR OF GOD in Los Angeles (USA), supporting the brand through a critical phase of structuration and acceleration. During this period, he drove over +100% growth in direct-to-consumer online revenue, strengthened brand discipline, built the upcoming retail roadmap, and secured key industrial partnerships to enable scalable growth.

He now works with a select number of brands.
